2026 Important Information
- RPPF is for solo piano only.
- You must complete the on-line application.
- Attendance for the entire festival is mandatory (June 27-July 17).
- You must be fluent in English.
- To apply you must be enrolled in a collegiate degree program for fall 2026.
- You must be between 18-29 years old.
- Submit 3 contrasting style periods and 3 video files.
- Please label your submission videos in English.
- Deadline is midnight February 2
- Please be vaccinated!
- Dormitory housing is required.
You must be 18 years old by the RPPF start date to participate in the festival

2026 Acceptance/Registration
Notification of acceptance will be e-mailed by midnight February 16. All admission results are sent to your email address as listed on the application form. Please use the email address you check most often. When accepted you must notify RPPF of your decision by midnight March 2 and submit your NON-refundable registration by credit card or Pay Pal* to hold your spot for the festival. Your registration fee includes a lot! CLICK HERE for the complete list.
*Please include the name of applicant in English. If you pay with a relative’s credit card please be sure to state your own name.
Audition Repertoire
Please submit: 3 pieces total
3 contrasting styles by
3 different composers OR
3 composers from 3 different centuries
(i.e. Bach, Chopin, Kapustin or Mozart, Liszt, Ravel).
You may submit selection(s) from multi-movement works. Other audition tips.
Videos must be made within the last year.
Total time: 20 minute minimum.
Please have your music memorized.
Concerto movements are not acceptable.
