"Each year I have been associated with Rebecca Penneys' piano programs, and now after four years of the RPPF at USF, I have become even more impressed with two very important things: the students, and the teaching. Rebecca has such a gift for finding truly talented students from all over the world, pianists who are smart, quick, responsive and possessed of a true passion for music, life, and the glorious piano repertoire we are privileged to study and share. Every single student I heard and taught was so in love with music and eager to grow and learn. And Rebecca-- she is the master at unlocking their potential and creating an atmosphere that encourages their growth with one another, with her piano guests, through her teaching and organization. She and her festival are marvelous!" ….
